Diana Vickers Knickers

Diana Vickers, singer – songwriter, actress and model, suddenly came to public attention after becoming a semi-finalist on UK TV talent show ‘X factor’. Diana Vickers was born in Blackburn, Lancashire, England. She studied for A Levels in Theatre Studies, Classics, and Psychology at Westholme Private School. Diana had taken many singing lessons and participated in local competitions, but had never sung professionally. She finished 4th in the TV series after to JLS and Alexandra Burke. However, she refused to sign to Simon Cowell’s label, Syco. Instead she signed a contract with RCA Records along with artists such as Alicia Keys and Avril Lavigne.  Since appearing on the show she has played title role in a west end production and rose to number one in the UK singles chart and has recently hit number one in the UK album chart. Diana is now considering following in the footsteps of other celebrities such as Jordan and Caprice by bringing out her own range of underwear, Diana Vickers’ Knickers. She is currently negotiating with several different company’s about launching Diana Vickers’ Knickers but has not made any decisions. Since appearing on the ‘X Factor’ the 18 year old has been largely successful and well known, this will help her underwear range sell on the market. Caprice lingerie was one of the first celebrity range of underwear to be sold in the UK. Caprice’s collection is just getting bigger and bigger, selling over 2 million items each year in the UK. Caprice helps designing her underwear, which are made from high quality materials but in everybody’s price range. Not much has yet been said about Diana Vickers’ Knickers so we will just have to wait and see how she goes about it. Later in the year Paris Hilton is also planning on launching an underwear collection, which she will be designing. Her range will include push up bras for flat chested girls, which she often wears to create the illusion of bigger breasts without having surgery like many of her celebrity friends have done. A lot of people will be excited for Diana Vickers’ Knickers as a lot of young girls see her as a fashion icon. Recently Diana Vickers has revealed a sexy new image in the video for the debut single ‘Once’. Here she is seen singing in a number of outfits including nothing but a white shirt and a sexy short sequinned dress. She has a unique fashion sense, she is very original and quirky. Hopefully this style will carry on throughout the Diana Vickers’ Knickers range.
